		<description>Ah, the devil is always in the details.  Great catch on this.  It is amazing how the use of a term that seems as generic as &quot;handsets&quot; could become a loophole that one could drive a truck through.  Something tells me that there is going to be a lot to watch regarding &quot;open access&quot; as 700 MHz roll-out occurs.  Now, the pizza box will likely have to connect to something, but as long as you don&#039;t hold it in your hand, I&#039;m guessing it isn&#039;t a handset ...</description>
